Bowel cancer (colorectal carcinoma): first line

in unresectable or metastatic left-sided colorectal cancer

KRAS, NRAS and BRAF wild type

MSI-H status is known

Measurable lesion according to RECIST 1.1 criteria

- Study objective: Comparison of how long participants remain free of disease progression (progression-free survival) (comparison: FOLFOX or FOLFIRI + amivantamab vs. FOLFOX or FOLFIRI + cetuximab)
- Study design: Phase III study: therapy study, multicentre, prospective, open-label/unblinded, randomised two-arm therapy study
