Reports under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG)
It is our declared aim to respect, protect and promote human rights and the environment along the entire value chain. Violations of internationally established human rights and of national and international environmental protection regulations will not be tolerated.
We take appropriate and effective measures to identify and verify human rights and environmental risks in our own business area and throughout the entire supply chain, and to prevent these risks from materialising. Human rights and environmental due diligence obligations also include setting up an effective complaints procedure through which whistleblowers can report violations and risks. The aim of the complaints procedure is to enable whistleblowers to get in touch easily and securely, so that human rights and environmental risks and violations in the supply chain can be identified at an early stage and any violations that have occurred can be minimised and remedied.
