The Evangelisches Diakoniekrankenhaus Freiburg joined the non-profit Clinotel hospital network on 1 November 2023.
Clinotel is a hospital network spanning different hospital operators, in which public and non-profit hospitals throughout Germany that do not compete with one another have joined forces. The hospitals remain legally and organisationally independent and continue to make their own decisions locally.
Within the network, intensive, transparent exchange and knowledge transfer take place in specialist groups. Quality, processes, staff, finances and strategy in particular are considered holistically.
The aim is to improve the quality of care. The focus is on the well-being of patients, with maximum safety and the highest level of satisfaction. High quality standards are set for the services provided, and the quality results are published transparently.
