The Evangelisches Diakoniekrankenhaus is committed to innovative, evidence-based medicine and nursing. As the satisfaction of patients, customers and employees is always at the heart of everything we do, we have developed a comprehensive review system in line with our mission statement, which has been introduced step by step throughout the entire hospital and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Through continuous further development, we aim to ensure that we meet legal, medical and economic requirements as well as the wishes of everyone involved.

Since 2005, hospitals have been legally obliged to provide information about their work in quality reports. Quality reports give an overview of the structures and services of hospitals. For example, they contain information on the range of diagnoses and treatments or on the frequency of the treatments carried out. Here you can view our current quality report (reporting year: 2023).
