You should start a postnatal recovery course no earlier than 6 weeks after the birth.

Postnatal recovery exercises help to improve your own body awareness. But far more important is

first to become aware of your own pelvic floor and then to strengthen it.

Tension and relaxation will accompany you throughout the course,

as will strengthening and toning of the back and abdomen.

I work with elements of fascia training, Pilates and exercises for diastasis recti.

The aim: prevention of incontinence problems and organ prolapse.

I place particular emphasis on exchange with women in the same situation.

At the end of each session, a short period of relaxation awaits you.

Costs:

One-off co-payment of 30 euros,
The course fee is usually covered by your health insurance fund, provided you have completed the course within the first nine months after the birth of your child.

Withdrawal and cancellation policy:

Once you have received our confirmation e-mail, your registration is binding.
You may withdraw from the course free of charge up to 21 days before it starts, using the cancellation button in your confirmation e-mail.
Once the cancellation period has expired, the button is no longer active and free cancellation is no longer possible.
After that, payment for the course is mandatory and you will receive an invoice.

The course takes place in the exercise room of the Diakoniekrankenhaus.
I will contact you by e-mail approx. 3 weeks before the course.
