Pelvic floor conference of the Continence and Pelvic Floor Centre

The interdisciplinary pelvic floor conference takes place weekly. Representatives of the Continence and Pelvic Floor Centre South Baden from the specialties of gynaecology, urology and proctology take part in the conference.

At the conference, complex cases in particular are presented and discussed jointly. This concerns patients who, owing to the constellation of findings, require interdisciplinary treatment, as well as cases involving recurrence or particular diagnostic and therapeutic questions.

Through this joint cross-specialty assessment, the findings and possible treatment options from the respective specialties are brought together and a coordinated further diagnostic or therapeutic approach is determined.

The recommendations made at the pelvic floor conference and the further treatment plan are documented in the respective doctor's letter and are thus traceable for further treatment.
