We have capacity available again and, to strengthen the reception area of our hospital, are looking to recruit, at the earliest possible date, a Receptionist for the Hospital Information Desk (m/f/d) working shifts (early/late/night shifts) at 50 % of full time (19.50/39.00 hrs/week).

With your personality, you will support us in the reception area of our hospital information desk, working permanent night shifts or rotating shifts. The position is varied, which is why experience in porter’s lodge or reception work is desirable. Customer focus comes first when providing information of all kinds, together with the necessary handling of technical telephone and alarm systems on the PC. Your duties also include, among other things, partially processing (inpatient) patient admissions and key management.
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of working with people, a confident manner and good manners are very important to us for this role. Previous experience in “front desk/reception” is an advantage. You can look forward to a modern, pleasant and friendly workplace in a team of 14 employees in a “round-the-clock operation”. Remuneration under the private-law employment relationship is voluntarily based on the TVöD-Bund (collective agreement for the federal public sector) and the employment regulations for employees of the regional church (AR-M).
