We are looking, at the earliest possible date, for a cook (m/f/d) to strengthen the team in our large-scale kitchen, full-time (39.00 hrs/week) or part-time.

Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a cook
- Ideally, experience in professional catering kitchens
- Further training as a dietetically trained cook, or interest in corresponding further training in this field
- Reliability, team spirit and a structured, clean way of working
- Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays (with time off in lieu)
Your tasks:
- Preparing and cooking cold and hot dishes, taking into account the preparation instructions for our various customer groups
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our optional-services area (Wahlleistungsbereich)
- Compliance with and documentation of the in-house control system to ensure operational hygiene (HACCP)
- Ordering goods using a PC-based purchasing programme
- Assisting with the receipt of goods, quality control and proper storage
