Dear parents,

experience shows that the birth of a sibling brings many changes for the first-born child.

In this online course, parents learn what they can do to make the siblings getting to know each other as stress-free and lastingly positive as possible for everyone involved.

- What can you already do during pregnancy to avoid jealousy as far as possible!

- What to bear in mind at the first meeting with the little sibling!

- What to pay attention to in everyday life!

- Sibling constellations

- Sex education belongs in the family

- We will also discuss what you as parents can do to avoid jealousy.

Cost: 38.00 euros

After registering, you will receive an e-mail with the payment information.

Once payment has been received, you will receive another e-mail with the event link.

The course takes place online via Zoom conference.

The course fee must be transferred in advance.

Registration
Registration for the parent school courses is made via the website of the Diakoniekrankenhaus. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam folder or send us an e-mail (elternschule@diak-fr.de).
The confirmation e-mail also contains information on the time and room/online access for the courses. If the course is already fully booked, registration is not possible.
After successful registration, the confirmation e-mail constitutes a firm commitment of your place on the course.

Registration conditions
When registering, please check that your baby's due date matches the conditions. If it does not match the relevant course conditions and you are unable to attend the course because of the birth of your baby, we reserve the right to charge the course fee. Detailed information can be found in the respective course description.

Cancellation and cancellation policy
You may withdraw from the course free of charge up to 21 days before it begins using the cancellation button in your confirmation e-mail.
Once the cancellation period has expired, the button is no longer active and free cancellation is no longer possible.
After that, payment for the course is mandatory and you will receive an invoice.

Cancellation of events
If the course is cancelled by the parent school of the Evang. Diakoniekrankenhaus for organisational reasons, the participation fee paid will be refunded in full.
If a course cannot take place due to insufficient numbers of participants, we will inform you no later than two weeks before the course begins.
We reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice or to move it to an alternative date for other important reasons beyond our control (e.g. acute illness of the instructor, force majeure). If the new date does not suit you, any participation fees you have already paid will be refunded.
