Antenatal classes for women who have given birth before: dates

• 18.01.27 - 15.02.27 (fully booked)
• 12.04.27 - 03.05.27

This antenatal class is specially designed for women who have already given birth .
The aim of this course is for you to feel well prepared for the birth and the weeks that follow.

Do you already have a child/children?

And would you like to take some time for yourself?

Do you also know that feeling that time passes faster and faster?

Here is a space to arrive, to be, to perceive and to share experiences.

We talk about previous births and the time afterwards.

Body awareness and the pelvic floor are topics in the course – what is different from the first birth?

Relaxation, breathing and various birthing positions are also refreshed or extended.

I would also like to cover the topics of breastfeeding, the postnatal period and siblings.

If needed, I also offer individual appointments.

The course takes place at the parent school on the 4th floor.

Please bring a large towel and a water bottle and wear something comfortable.
The partner evenings are binding and very good :-)

The partner fee is 60 euros for both evenings.
Please pay this in cash on the first day of the course.
Many health insurance funds now cover part or all of the partner fee as well. Please ask your insurance fund.

Should you wish to cancel your place on the course, please be sure to observe the registration conditions you confirmed, which are as follows:

Free cancellation of the course is possible up to 21 days before the start via the cancellation button in your confirmation e-mail.
After the cancellation period has expired, the button is no longer active and free cancellation is no longer possible.
After that, payment for the course is mandatory and you will receive an invoice.

Registration
Registration for the parent school courses is made via the website of the Diakoniekrankenhaus. After successful registration you will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam folder.
The confirmation e-mail also contains information on the time and room of the courses. If the course is already fully booked, registration is not possible.
After successful registration, the confirmation e-mail constitutes a firm commitment of your place on the course.

Registration conditions
When reading the registration conditions, please make sure that your baby’s due date matches. If it does not correspond to the relevant course conditions and you are unable to attend the course because of the birth of your child, we reserve the right to charge the course fee. Precise information can be found in the respective course description.

Withdrawal and cancellation policy
You may withdraw from the course free of charge up to 21 days before it begins, using the cancellation button in your confirmation e-mail.
Once the cancellation period has expired, the button is no longer active and free cancellation is no longer possible.
After that, payment for the course is mandatory and you will automatically receive an invoice from the course instructor.

Cancellation of events
If the course is cancelled by the parent school of the Evang. Diakoniekrankenhaus for organisational reasons, the participation fee paid will be refunded in full.
If a course cannot take place owing to insufficient participant numbers, we will inform you no later than two weeks before the course starts.
We reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice or to move it to an alternative date for other important reasons beyond our control (e.g. acute illness of the instructor, force majeure). If the new date does not suit you, any participation fees you have already paid will be refunded.
