Registration:
Registration for the parent school courses is made via the website of the Diakoniekrankenhaus. After successful registration you will receive a registration confirmation by email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us: 📧 elternschule@diak-fr.de
The confirmation email also contains information on the time and room of the course. If the course is already fully booked, registration is not possible.
After successful registration, the confirmation email constitutes a firm commitment of your place on the course.
Withdrawal and cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend, please notify the parent school at least 21 days in advance so that other parents can take your place and you do not incur any additional costs.
Should you nevertheless wish to withdraw from the course, please be sure to observe the registration conditions you confirmed, which read as follows:
Free cancellation of the course is possible up to 21 days before the start via the cancellation button in your confirmation email.
Once the cancellation period has expired, the button is no longer active and free cancellation is no longer possible.
After this, payment for the course is mandatory and you will receive an invoice.
Cancellation of events:
If the course is cancelled by the parent school of the Evang. Diakoniekrankenhaus for organisational reasons, the participation fee paid will be refunded in full. If a course cannot take place owing to an insufficient number of participants, we will inform you of this no later than one week before the course begins.
We reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice or to move it to an alternative date for other important reasons beyond our control (e.g. acute illness of the course instructor, force majeure). If the new date does not suit you, any participation fees you have already paid will be refunded.
