The Colorectal Cancer Centre Diakonie Freiburg stands for quality-assured, interdisciplinary and patient-centred care for people with bowel cancer. Since 2024, our centre has been certified according to the criteria of the German Cancer Society (Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft). This means that we meet the high requirements for the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care of patients with colorectal tumours.
We assure you that we will take intensive care of you during what is probably a difficult phase of your life!

Please note that screening colonoscopies cannot be performed at the hospital. For these, please contact an appropriate gastroenterology practice.
Making an appointment
To arrange an appointment, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. If a tumour has been diagnosed, you will receive an appointment within a few days. The clinic is located in the Central Emergency Department.
